How to configure Email Clinets Print

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)
Username: user@domain.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.domain.com
  • IMAP Port: 993
  •  
  • POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.domain.com
  • SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.

Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)
Username: name@domain.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.domain.com
  • IMAP Port: 143
  •  
  • POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.domain.com
  • SMTP Port: 587
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.


 

 To fix the issue, you need to follow the below steps in outlook.

1) Go to Tools > Email Accounts.
2) Select the Account that is causing you trouble and click “Change”.
3) Click on More Settings.
4) Click on Outgoing Server Tab.
5) Click "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) requires authentication" and make sure "Use same settings as incoming mail server" is selected.
6) Click on "Advanced Tab".
7) Set outgoing Port (SMTP) to 587.
8) Click OK and then Test Account Settings.

If there is the problem, check by changing outgoing server port to 25 or 465
