Manage Main Shared/IPless IP Print

Steps

1. Select the user (domain_name) from the Select a Reseller drop down menu associated with the account that you want to Manage Main Shared/IPless IP.
2. Click on the Manage Main Shared/IPless IP link.
3. When the page loads, choose the IP that should be used for setting up shared/IPless accounts for USER_YOU_SELECTED from the drop down menu.
4. Click on the Save button.

IMPORTANT: Customers must ftp to ftp.theirdomain.com for ftp to work correctly. They cannot ftp to theirdomain.com if you change their main shared IP. (Note: theirdomain.com should be replaced with the user's actual domain.)
